My passion is generalized health assessments of both the patient and the home environment, and providing solutions to any needs. I've a vast knowledge of resources available, and can work with families via skype or FaceTime. I'm looking to find families that could benefit from having a nurse visit their parents or other loved ones to identify needs and provide information or oversee care that is currently in place. I can visit just once, or on a weekly to biweekly basis. I have a fondness for elder care, and can provide assistance with medications (filling up medisets, assessing overall medication regimen and compliance), generalized assessments of patients and home environment. I can assist families deal with the changing dynamics as parents age, and I can make sure your loved ones are getting all the services they have access to and need. I can also oversee private help for your peace of mind.
