WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Case Management position in Home Health around Thornton/Arvada/Westminster area. Position Summary This is for a Temp to Perm/direct hire that is available in Thornton Colorado. The Ideal candidate would have least 1-3 years’ experience in Home Health and feels very confident in OASIS. Must have reliable transportation. This position does come with a competitive benefits package and pay. This is a new facility with a decent work load but is hoping the candidate can handle more later on down the road. It is full time hours with a case load of 25-30 patients. Qualifications • 1-3 years’ experience in Home Health • 1-3 years’ experience in OASIS • Must have two (2) great references. • Able to pass a background check and drug screen. • Must have a current CPR American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Card. • Must have a proof of current TB placed within the past 12 months. • Must have proof of a Flu shot in the past 12 months • Must have RN license from Colorado or Compact state.
