Right at Home offers comfort by matching caregivers with people that need a little extra help to stay in their home. Our companionship based service provides light housework, cooking meals, transportation to appointments or simple conversation. Personal Care will place a certified person into the home to aid with toileting, bathing and other private needs. Our nursing staff can setup medications, provide injections, monitor and record vitals, address wound care and much more. Each client enjoys an encrypted web site called the Family Room. All care logs can be viewed; you are able to scroll back and forth in time to see who was with your Loved One; you can pay your Loved One's invoice and even leave a message for the caregiver or office staff. Every caregiver is asked one last question after every shift, "was there a change in the condition of your client since your last visit?" If answered, "Yes", there are a series of questions to determine what has changed. Once complete, the message is sent to the nurse on duty to evaluate and track the condition. The goal is to monitor troubling issues and remedy with a local doctor visit vs an ambulance ride and hospital stay. Harvard University is conducting a study on the questions being asked vs the reason for any hospital admission.
