My name is LaMissa ( Missy ) I'm looking forward to helping your family. I’m currently employed as a pharmacy technician but I’m seeking a new career. I am a caregiver at heart. I’ve taken care of family members and still do when needed. I know the hardships of finding a good caregiver. I would like to have a chance to meet with you to see if we would be a good fit for each other. I have plenty of references. A little about me: I have good communication skills. I’m caucasian and speak English. I’m born and raised in Stockton. I’m 54 years old. My first job was at a retirement community. I have worked with elderly people all my life. I can no longer stand 9 hours a day on my feet due to arthritis. Hence reason for career change. I’ve been in pharmacy for 30 years. I’m a very hard working reliable woman. . Work duties : I can/will provide: I have experience in drawing insulin and know the signs to look for when someones blood sugars are low. Medication administration/ preparing medication trays, making sure medication is taken at appropriate times. Clean, laundry, make beds, and even enjoy gardening. Cook and can prepare meals for future mealtimes. Bathe and wound care if needed. I have reliable transportation 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix with a large trunk that can fit a wheelchair if needed.
