Elder Care Job in Gainesboro, Tennessee

We are in need of someone trustworthy to sit with my husband 2-3 hours per day, so that I can get groceries, run errands and handle phone calls, cut grass, etc. My husband has hospice in place as of 8/12/16. Due to oxygen use, he gets confused and tries to get up, take his oxygen off, refuses to eat, needs assistance with bathroom duties if I'm not there. We don't have a lot of money coming in each month. I need information on where to find the most economically feasible solutions to having him cared for while I take care of our household duties. Please advise. Thank you.
