Elder Care in Welland, Ontario

Currently taking up a Post-graduate Palliative Care Nursing as an international student at Niagara College; and I am looking for an elderly client or a family who needs a helping hand with their love one. As a professional, I am a self-starter, compassionate, organized, and an approachable individual. I’ve been a nurse by profession for 7 years ( the 5 years were mostly focused on stroke, neuro-degenerative dieases, and post-neurosurgery clients), and I can say that I have extensive experience in care for the elderly especially those who are physically incapacitated. My high level of commitment in this line of work enables me to compassionately assist the elderly with their activities of daily living, such as personal care, hygiene, and feeding. I will also be able to help them with mobility, positioning, transfers, and most of all provide them with self-less care and companionship. I am looking forward to work with the seniors/elderly and provide them with all the time and assistance that they need. Lastly client comfort and safety is top of my priority of care.
