Davreonne Frisch I would describe myself as outgoing reliable independent caring , I am a manager at cross roads of Louisiana. I manage staff and make sure there doing there job when it comes to the six consumers in the home also I take them to doctors appointment . Basically make sure they have everything they need. I can get any job done. When my manger give me a task it's done. I care for my consumers as if they were family. Also make sure to keep them independent as possible, and also help out as nessasary. I love what I do I've been in this field for five years and I enjoy it.
