I consistently apply my skills effectively and safely to patient with complex treatments including Wound care, IV therapy, G-tubes, tracheostomy, and colostomy and to those diagnosed with complex medical conditions. My experience also includes caring for children diagnosed with developmental and intellectual challenges. I have excellent knowledge in formulating nursing process, infection control practices, as well as fall safety screening and prevention. I am able to deliver nursing care holistically to ensure quality of life. During delivery of care, I consistently follow safe body mechanic principles.
