Need registered nurse or LPN to fill medication box every two weeks and to check to make sure prescriptions are up to date. Also would like nurse to check vitals once each week and to determine status of senior. Nurse would call caretaker one time each week after his/her visit to give update to family. Additional services may be needed in the future.
