I am looking for an individual that wants to run their own Assisted Living Facility. I have a 5051 sq. ft. building in Wiggins, Co that has 10 Bedrooms ( 6-2Bed) ( 4-single bed).
There is an Apartment for the live in manager. Kitchen and Large Dining Room. The current operator is retiring and has 5 tenants in the residence.
The terms are Triple Net Lease. Clean and Simple.
