Trout River Assisted Living provides individual care and personalized Service Plans.
We provide an 24hr RN on call.
We also hold a ECC Specialty license and can provide Skilled Nursing Services
Memory Care is provided to Dementia and Alzheimer's residents.
Heart Safe Care is provided to residents with Cardiovascular Issues
Additional Services:
-Assistance with bathing and grooming
-Assistance with Medication Administration
- Meals 3xs a day with Snacks
-Bladder and bowel training
- Activities which promote independence and individuality
