As a mature PSW and 3 years of experience in Hospitals and Home Care, I can work independently and as well as a team member with excellent communication skills, respectful, well disciplined, patient. honest and punctual.I supervised and helped patients or clients with daily living services. I can assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, provide companionship and understanding ,can report patient status to the supervisor or nurse in charge and documentation. Prepare meals and assist with eating .assist immobile clients with lifting using mechanical lifts .I have PSW Diploma, First Aid Certificate, GPA Certificate, CPI Certificate. Currently I am taking volunteering hours at Baywoods Place.
