Hi there my name is Brigitte. I am looking to support someone special in my own residence. I have a room available and shared spaces for comfort. I am also happy to provide respite services. I have experience in the following areas and can assist with: Services Abilities: offer support in home living skills such as chores and personal hygiene (grooming and dressing) and care routines, medical administration, assist with exercise routines, emotional regulation help identify behaviours of concern - developing, reviewing, monitoring plans that assist individuals, help with managing personal affairs such as budgeting, banking and paying bills online, assist in development of social skills and meaningful healthy relationships and helping individual set safe boundaries, teaching competent basic computer skills, helping with laundry care & activities of daily living and arranging activities & outings for day programs, setting up volunteer and/or work opportunities, provide nutritious meals, book dental & medical appointments and arrange for transportation, liaising with health care professionals & all service workers to enrich and enhance individuals quality of life, organize special Olympics if it’s a wish (sports), offering emotional support and companionship, will provide daily log notes of progress and wellbeing to family members, work with individual with setting valuable goals, write reports, invoices, willing to abide by company philosophy, missions for standard of care if needed and required. Note; I am open to other areas of need too. I have a special interest with individuals with Asthma, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, ADD, ADHD, mild Autism challenges, Food Allergies, some mental illness issues.
