Hi there, my name is Jennifer and i have been in the healthcare field since the late 90's.
I service the Durham Region area only.
I have worked with the medically fragile, special needs (group home and respite...(i have my HSW as well) worked in the mental health field, pallative care/hospice. I have alot of knowledge with dementia/Alzheimer's not only in the work field but personally as well.
I have my drivers license and my own car. I have a Police check and vulnerable sector.
I am eager to learn new skills.
I am available for all shifts including midnights and weekends.
**I do have extra insurance on my car so i am able to transport to appointments, errand, shopping etc**
