Elder Care in Middlefield, Connecticut

Hello my name is Christine. I reside in Middlefield. I have experience caring for the elderly through work in addition to caring for family. Duties included household chores, living skills; feeding bed bathing, medication adminstration. I cared for a young man with MS whom was on a feed tube. Therefore, I have experience with feeding tubes . My patients whom I care for presently, have dementia. I assist with giving my patients structure which is important with dementia. While structure is important, engaging with them in recrration activites can provide some fun. I've noticed coloring and crafts are great activities. Maintaining excellent care in your loved ones home is important. I Im a non-smoker and dont mind pets in homes. Thank you!
