We are a PSW team with a mission to help individuals in the community remain independent in their homes while providing exceptional professionalism, warmth, care and empathy while working from a person centred approach.
We understand the importance of continuity of care not just for the clients but for the family also, this is why we focus on providing a care that meets the needs of clients on by providing two primary caregivers so you can have a peace of mind in knowing they will always have someone who is familiar with the care plan and routines.
Our educational background is a combination of Social Service diploma specializing in Gerontology and Health care Management as well as being a certified PSW with over 10 years combined experience.
