What will you do when you've been told your loved one can no longer live alone? You don't want them wilting away in a nursing home, but you don't know what to do. Maybe they're already in a nursing home but not happy there. Does one parent need care but doesn't want to leave their spouse alone? Our home is their home, where they will have access to all the common areas. All meals provided. We have a bedroom set up and ready with cable tv, radio, etc.. We love to garden (flowers and vegetables) and welcome them to join if they'd like. We spend time outdoors relaxing by the koi pond, when weather permits. Living with us would be pretty much like being at "home" for them, where they would be included and treated as a member of the family. Quiet neighborhood, quiet atmosphere, regular outings (if they're able), companionship... and someone make sure they're taken care of and kept safe.
