I am available immediately to help you or your loved ones with in-home care or in a senior living community setting within the Pajrump and Las Las Vegas I provide: - Nursing care as needed- including age-related neurological care . Wound care. Injections , dianetic maimtenance, medicarion maintenance, teaxhing, Psychiatirc care, work with familyv and client to help increase quality of life - Expert at nursing assessment and care plan development - Home Health Nurse for the Geriatric and end of life care. - Adolescent behavioral/psychiatric care - Crisis coaching & intervention; de-escalation - Educate patients and their families in appropriate treatment to assist them in improving and/or maintaining an optimum health in their setting - Provide Medication Management by assisting with creating a system to administer medication as prescribed under the care of a physician - Act as liaison between the treating physician, staff & family by communicating with all caregivers regarding specific patient needs - Flexible schedule and can accommodate the needs of the family and patient - Excellent listening and multitasking abilities - Calm and healing presence; empathetic and accepting - Transportation to and from doctor's /care appts. or activities of daily living if required Qualifications:- 20 years direct care experience in hospital and case management andx Home Health for Geriatric popularion . Current California RN license, current advanced CPR certification; excellent communication skills, trusted patient advocate, skilled in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
