Elder Care Job in West River, Maryland

I have had back surgery twice this summer and I am going to have it again soon. I am currently seeking someone to help me with light house keeping, meal prep, and transportation (my van). House keeping - sweep, dust, vacuum, and mop floors, dusting, water plants, and fill and empty dishwasher. I will also need help with laundry. Meal prep - meals will need to be cooked and individually portioned for me to microwave. Transportation - trips to doctor's offices, grocery shopping, dry cleaner, etc. In addition I will need help taking care of my two grandsons. The 8 year old occasionally, when school is out. The 6 year old, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am through 8:45am.
