Service Abilities: I gained excellent training and skill in Assisting Patients with bathing, grooming and feeding, ensuring patient's dignity while carrying out tasks such as changing adult brief, Assist with bedpan and emptying drainage bags. Dusted,clean bathroom,vacuumed,laundered clothing and linens Followed cared plan and safety practices all the time. Assisted patients with essential activities required for all daily living such as help with cooking meals, transferring patients using assistive devices( Hoyer lift, gait belt and sliding board) Test and chart vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and blood sugar level. I am experienced working with Alzheimer’s Patients, Parkinson’s patients, Hospice and Palliative Patients with different illness within Acute care, Hospitals and private Homes. I am happy to Provide companionship for patient needs and emotional well being. I have my USA Certified Nursing Assistant license And my CA First-Aide, AED,CPR.
