I am a Personal Support Worker with availability for client bookings. If you or your loved one requires excellent, client centred care I would be very happy to hear from you. I have 15 years experience working with the medically fragile, the elderly, the physically disabled, and persons with intellectual disabilities. I am a kind, caring, calm person . I have my PSW certificate through Lambton College, my First Aid and CPR certificate and a Police clearance to work with the vulnerable sector. I also spent several years at York University in Toronto working towards a degree in Fine Arts. I have worked for various agencies over my career gaining knowledge and experience. My last place of employment was Afton Park Place for Steeves and Rozema. The trouble with working at nursing homes is that you cannot give the care people require due to the time constraints imposed by the management because of low funding and for-profit agendas. This is why I have decided to return to home care.
