My name is Kristen Green , i have worked in community health care fro 3 years and, I also have 2 years of long term care experience. The care I provide for in the home , would be helping with all regular daily activities, light house keeping, bathing , dressing, medication queuing , provide meal prep, assist feeding if needed, laundry , I pretty much do what needs to be done based on what the clients and family needs are. I have a lot of experience working with dementia and Alzheimer both in the community and in long term care settings. i do help with range of motion exercises as long as there is a sheet to show me the exercises or have some on show me how . Will help with Assessments for client care.and keep family well informed on the well being of ther family and give them a run down on how the clients day went.
