Assist clients with limited mobility and to change positions or move the clients from one place to another place..... responsibilities include personal ,family support,social support,assisting in medication and light housekeeping or home management.Launder used clothes will be included.I have to help promote the certain client's safety and physical comfort.While providing personal care,I have to observe and report any changes in the client's health or behaviour..... the morning when the client wake-up I have to help her or him for toiletting,change the diaper,dressing,grooming and bring the client to the dining area to feed if she or he is dependent in eating.
