Elder Care Job in San Antonio, Texas

I will need the application/questions answered to narrow down applicants to interview. *** 24/7 Care giving (live-in) needed to take care of my Grandma. She fell and broke her arm and is completely dependent and requires round the clock care with food prep, cleaning, bathing, changing her diapers, personal hygiene, clothing, light house cleaning, med reminders, laundry, transferring from wheelchair to bed or chair and vice versa, etc. Grandma is pretty easy to take care of. The most challenging is changing of the diapers periodically throughout the day/night and transferring. She currently has a Gait belt and hopefully a Hoyer lift coming soon. Schedule Needed: (Shift 1) Monday - Friday - 24/7 @ $... per week (Shift 2) Saturday & Sunday - 24/7 @ $400 per weekend Contract. Must be able to: Perform all tasks without assistance. Stay for your entire 24/7 shifts. Have reliable transportation to/from. Speak English. Preferred: CNA, Certifications, CPR, High School graduate minimum, etc.
