Seeking a in home caregiver position which will allow me to utilize as well as expand my skills and experience while providing an opportunity for professional growth and career advancement. Skills and Qualifications: Perform a variety of duties by client, such as obtaining household supplies and running errands, Accompany client to doctor's appointments and on other trips outside the home, Administer prescribed medications under written direction of physician, Monitor vital signs including pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight. Maintain records of client care, condition, progress and problems in order to report and discuss with family members, Provide client with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles, and assist with dressing and grooming, Remove and replace bed linens, Wash and dry client's laundry. Perform light housekeeping including vacuuming and dusting, Plan, purchase, prepare, and serve meals according to prescribed diets. Turn and reposition bedridden patients, alone or with assistance, to prevent bedsores.
