Elder Care in Sacramento, California

Hi! My name is Kevin Lopez and I am currently studying to be an interpreter for American Sign Language (ASL), and I am 20 years of age. I have classes on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 3:00-7.30 pm in Sacramento. I am mobile and tend to be early and well prepared for anything or anywhere I may be going. Others say I am compassionate, loving, respectful, energetic, friendly and most of all patient to all I work with. I have a younger sister with a disability so I know it can be a bit challenging to have sometime for oneself, and I know from experience it is good to be able to relax and know your loved one is in great hands! An example could be helping with medication, eating, going to the bathroom, or even getting around the house or taking a walk around the block. I speak Spanish, English, and am currently learning ASL, I know enough ASL to hold a conversation and know the basic necessities of the person I am working with. I am more than happy to accept new tasks and work on weekends, Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's at what ever time needed for however long, I just ask I get a notice of about 3 days in advance. As for working on Tuesday's and Thursday's I can definitely work mornings, I go to Cosumnes River College in Sacramento so I would like to have enough time to commute between where I am needed and school; depending on location I can estimate as to what is the latest I can be with your loved one on the days I go to school. Hopefully it does not come to it and with your permission, I can give CPR and basic first aid in case of an emergency.
