Elder Care in Denver, North Carolina

Hello, My name is Jana Goodson, and I am super passionate about the care of our elders and absolutely love making sure they are taken care of properly. I am comfortable with bathing and dressing them, and any other personal hygiene they may need help with. If they are completely incontinent, it does not bother me one bit either. I have had 2 children and changing diapers is nothing new to me. I do not mind to cook, clean, and I will also do their laundry if need be. I will run errands if needed as well. I also do not mind to keep their house in order, as far as cleaning and making sure that all of their daily needs are met. I feel that this career is so rewarding because I was brought up to respect my elders and take of them as they did us when we were little. If I can just as much as put a smile on their face, then I know that I am doing something right. I do plan on getting my CNA'S 1 and 2 and then off to nursing school I go. I plan on going to nursing school to ensure that I can continue my career as a very passionate and dedicated caregiver for the elderly in this world, as so many are mistreated in nursing home environments as I have witnessed personally, and I know that I will make a huge difference in every elderly person's life that I am able to be a part of. I am a very sincere young lady who has always had a passion for taking care of others, and I guess it was when I took care of my sick grandmother before she passed, that let me know then that this is what I have wanted to do with my life.
