My name is Lillie Smith. I am a CNA and I have been working at my current job for 25 years..... husband recently passed away and I'm seeking part time work to help sustain cost of living expenses. I have had training in working with dementia like residents. I work in a locked down unit at a health assistant facility. I have a caring and compassionate feeling for working with these patients.I know that I am helping them maintain a standard of living that they themselves can no longer do. I have also worked in a home invironment for a year on the weekends until my patient died.
