Elder Care in King George, Virginia

I am a 37 year old stay at home mom whose kids are becoming more independent, thus allowing me to fulfill my dream of helping the elderly. I was raised by a mom who spent a lot of time ministering to the elderly in their homes and at nursing homes and grew to love and have a heart for helping them myself. As a child I spent my summers riding my bike to the nursing home and helping residents get outside and do arts and crafts. After I had children I would take them along to meet the residents and brighten their day. Unfortunately as our lives got busier with school, sports and clubs we got away from visiting the residents. I am hoping to find a long term position and live in the Fredericksburg area.
