Description: Nice to meet you! My name is Patricia. I'm searching for an elderly support worker available in Love Field area of Dallas, Texas, 75209. My aim is to hire a wonderful, consistent employee, to work for my 69 year old brother who cannot walk at this time. He is in nursing home. You would care for him there. Must get the vaccination for COVID 19 in order to work in nursing home; must wear a mask covering your nose and mouth when in the nursing home, and use clean gloves at all times. I provide masks and gloves. Prefer you to have CNA Texas license but not mandatory. Will raise to $15 an hour if you prove to perform with excellent care and reliability. Must help keep him clean, eye drops, wipe mucus from eyes 4 times per day; help keep mouth clean and moist, massage his hands, arms, feet and legs with skin cream; shave face daily - I provide all products needed to perform duties; keep a written schedule of when nursing home attendants turn him in bed and change his brief; they must turn him every 2 hours and change him requently when he soils himself. The nursing home has many duties to care for him. I want special care for him so he will not get lonely all day. I need someone to be his companion and watch his favorite tv shows with him and sing if you like to sing, read to him, and when he is able to go outside in a wheelchair, take him outside in the court yard of the building to enjoy the outdoors. Service Requirements: Our home would benefit from social support, assessments, and support with intellectual disabilities. It is preferable if you are willing to travel.
