Dear Family, I am very interested in the Caregiver position available. By being Bachelor in Nursing, I have worked as a coordinator of Health Projects in my city’s Health Department, in Brazil, from 2013 to 2016. However, I specialized in Elderly Health and did an extra practical course of Elderly Caregiver, both in 2014 as you can see in my resume. In addition, as requiried in the job offer, I may do all the basic activities of the house such as keeping it cleaned up and safe, doing the laundry and preparing some healthy food as well. In my studies during the nursing degree, I learned all the basic skills to take care of any kind of patient. As a Practitioner Nurse employed in a private hospital in 2011, I was responsible to different patients, a nursing staff and to keep the hospital in good conditions with all the necessary supllies. Due to this, I became able to think quickly in delicate situations, observe important details related to the patients’ safety, follow all the doctor’s recommendations and maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment to them. In addition, I had practical experiences in nursing homes assiting elderly patients as intern during my degree, my postgraduate in Elderly Health and in the Elderly Caregiver course. In these experiences, I could assist elderly patients in their personal hygiene, dressing, eating, having their medicines in proper schedules and in their physical activities. I could also listen to them a lot, understand better their emotions, expectations and capacities. I believe I may take good care of your family as well as doing all the basic activities of the house as I mentioned before.
