Elder Care Job in Cardinal, Ontario

My mother is in a later stage of frontotemporal dementia. I want to keep her at home as long as possible. My father is her primary caregiver, but he needs heart surgery and will not be able to take care of my mother. My mother needs help with all tasks(bathing, toilet, dressing, etc). She is not difficult to take care of. She just needs someone to constantly keep an eye on her. I need caregivers to give respite 8 hours a day at least 5 days a week. I am trying to find an alternative to long term care. My siblings and I are trying to help take care of mom and work full time.
