Elder Care Job in Washington, District of Columbia

My Mother In Law has been in the hospital for 4.5 weeks and was just moved to Rehab. She has debiliating osteo-arthritis which has most recently affected her mobility greatly. As per her surgeon, she has been told that her right leg should have no weight bearing. Her left leg albeit functional is very painful. As such, she needs help transfering from bed to chair to comode to shower etc. She also will likely need on-going wound care although minimal (likely once a week.) We are looking to find out whether a care provider could assist her in her home, or assist her at an Assisted Living Facility.
