I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with over 10 years of experience. I have over five years of experience taking care of a person in her 90s. I keep her company. We talk, laugh and read. I plan, shop and prepare all the foods from scratch. I cook for people with specific diets, food sensitivities and allergies.
In addition I work with clients that need physical therapy and help them exercise regularly.
I love to read and have conversations. I have clean driving record and all clearances. I have my BA from Rowan University. I speak fluent English and Polish languages.
