Elder Care Job in Toronto, Ontario

My father has dementia and has no short term memory. He is able to dress, shave, shower and feed himself. He gets confused with everyday unfamilair tasks and surroundings. We are looking for someone who can take him for meals if he wishes, doctor appointments, visits to his children, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, preparation of meals and most importantly making sure he is taking his pills in the mornings with breakfast and early evening with dinner. Also has prostrate cancer which is in a dormant stage right now. Middle stage of dementia. Has all his long term memory but no short term memory.
