Elder Care Job in Fresno, California

I'm looking for my sister who is 63. She needs a home where she is allowed to smoke outdoors. She also needs someone that will administer her medication especially the narcotics. She uses a walker because she has something wrong with her leg and hip and she has dystonia, which is a form of Parkinson's. But her shaking mostly involves her head. She occassionally falls and sometimes she has urine and bowel accidents because she can't make it to the bathroom. Most of the time she can dress and bathe herself and she can fix herself simple meals such as sandwiches or a bowl of cereal. She is very frail and doesn't have alot of strength. Sometimes she needs help getting into a standing postion and on occassion she needs help taking off her shirts because she can't lift her arms up high enough. Plus she will need to be taken to her Drs. Appts and to the pharmacy to get her medications. Also she needs someone who will except payment in the form of IHSS and Medicare and Medical. Those is her insurance and she qualifies for IHSS.
