Description of Skills: 3 years of experience working with the elderly in home residential/facility. Most experience is with clients who have Dementia/alheimizers as well as Hosptice care. Care for assisting in showers, getting clients to bed/up in the morning, personal hygenine and throughout day monitoring. Charting ADL’s, charting medication ; as well as pouring and dispensing. Transferring wheelchair residents to and from bed/showers/chair/wheelchair, etc. Cleaning of bathrooms/showers/kitchen/ and bedrooms as well as laundry upkeep.
