During night time duty i assist the client in the washroom. Making sure that the client is warm enough while he's sleeping because og his condition. Assist to change clothes, assist for personal hygiene, prepare snacks and foods. And I'm presently studying PSW. but i finished my caregiver course already in the Philippines.
