Husband suffered stroke. Currently a patient at Long term acute care center. Looking for a skilled nursing facility that can provide the services to help with his recovery with the goal of moving him into an in-patient rehabilitation facility. Special needs include tracheostomy care, feeding tube, physical therapy and occupational therapy.
