Hello! I am a Registered Nurse of 20 years seeking to help a family in need. Although I have worked mostly in hospitals and a few nursing homes and behavioral health centers I realized late in my career that my passion is to work one on one. I like to take my time in giving care and pay great attention to detail. Patients and families have complimented me on my compassion, patience, my knowledge and ability to educate in a way that's practical and easy to understand, and how special they and their loved one feels. I guess that's because I treat everybody like I would want myself or my loved one to be treated. I've seen a lot in my profession and I've taken care of the elderly and dying with the respect and Love that's deserved by us all. I am available for part time and fill in work with potential for longer availablility if things are going well. I have excellent critical thinking and nursing skills and am CPR certified and can do all duties that's required of a caregiver. I was also a CNA for 6 years prior to becoming a nurse.
