Elder Care Job in Langley Township, British Columbia

Hello, my name is Erin. I am interviewing caregivers living in Langley, British Columbia and surrounding areas. I'm hoping to find a caring employee with live-in/live-out availability. I am a 37 year old incomplete quadriplegic, who is ventilated full time. When possible, I am an active woman, who often goes out shopping, to movies, restaurants, or just for walks, exploring new places. I need someone to take me to doctors appointments and other outings. I need ventilator and suction care, simple dressings, medication administration, and tube feeding. However, if you do not have those skills already, we can teach you anything that you need to know! It is an asset if you have personal transportation available. If you do not have personal transportation, you will need to describe your transportation plans to us, since using transit in Langley can be challenging. Our ideal care provider would have some relevant prior experience although it isn't necessary to work with us, since we can teach you everything that you need to know.
