Elder Care Job in Emerald Isle, North Carolina

One of our current caregivers will be moving out of the area. Looking for her replacement.....a kind, loving and reliable caregiver, in my home, for my Dad with dementia. Prefer someone experienced with dementia, enjoys working with the elderly and is within 15- 25 minutes of Emerald Isle. Several day shifts available 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (days negotiable) and extra hours as backup caregiver as needed. Overnight on 1 Weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) position also available. Flexibility a plus CNA is desirable, not mandatory. Salary commensurate with experience. Position requires bed to wheelchair transfers (state of the art ceiling lift available), personal hygiene (urine incontinence), showering, exercise/games to maintain faculties, assisting with eating/drinking, meal preparation & transfer back to bed. Dad is small (135 lbs. 5'5") in stature and easy to handle. Position start date is flexible. If you can only work some of the available hours please respond with your availability.
