Full Time, Live-in, Long Term, position available ASAP (Live-in Caregiver Program Sponsorship); Major Intersection: Sheppard and Yonge Street Accommodation: Two bedroom, two bath, condominium near Yonge St. and Sheppard Ave., in North York, Ont. Hi! We are looking for a full-time LIVE-IN CAREGIVER for our much-loved, kind-hearted, good-natured, easy-going elderly father who has Parkinson’s disease. He weighs 130 lbs/59 kilo, moves slowly and often has difficulty keeping his balance, therefore requires the assistance and/or supervision of someone strong enough to prevent him from falling while using a walker, sitting in a chair, getting in and out of bed, climbing stairs and other activities. He also requires assistance with many daily chores (bathing, dressing, taking medication on time, preparing home-cooked meals, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping and other personal needs).
