Elder Care Job in Tucson, Arizona

Hello, I am needing to move my senior mother's belongings to Tucson (she is from the east coast), but have 2 dogs and 1 parrot along with mom here in Tucson while I go back east for 3 - 4 weeks. I am seeking a very responsible person that can provide companion care while overseeing the daily tasks that need to get done with the animals most importantly. Developing a good relationship with my mother is an important part of this so she feels still independant during this process. Mainly, my mother needs "reminders" to stay on schedule/routine. for example, saying "let's feed the dogs" - memory minders as I call it) This would also involve looking behind her to make sure lights are turned off, etc. I can explan further via phone.
