I have over 10 years experienced with elderly care who has a stroke, dementia and client with cognitive disability, I performed direct patient care assisting in their elimination, toileting/personal hygiene, assisting with patient mobilization and transferring patient from bed to wheelchair through the use of a hoyer lift, assisting them to meals, bathing, changing and diapering, organized social and recreational activities and administration of medication.
