I am on disability as of October 2015 for back pain, depression, anxiety, and balance problems with frequent falls. I also have bilateral total knees due to arthritis. I just had 2 major laminectomy surgeries in the same week in mid September. I have a very fragile back and have restrictions on activities such as bending, twisting, squatting, lifting and standing for long periods of time. The assistance I need is housekeeping and gardening. I don't know if I am eligible for these services as I am 59 years old.
