Elder Care Job in Aurora, Missouri

I need someone to cook and clean for app. 10 hrs a week. 2hrs. A day or all in one day. I cannot clean anymore due to a bad back. I've had 2 back surgeries and I have a lot of arthritis. I also have cops. My husband used to help me but he can't anymore due to a car accident we were in a year ago. I was just banged up but my husband broke his back in 6 places and his ribs 3 on one side and 1 on the other. He also has cops. I don't get out much and mostly to either to pick up prescriptions or Drs. appointments. I still like female companionship so it's not only cleaning and cooking but someone to talk to. I want things cleaned efficiently and good.
