Hi, my name is Carolyn. I am a looking for a senior care job. I have five years experience in taking care of elderly patients, disabled. and patients that needs assistance at their homes. I am willing to work at any shift and I am available seven days a week. I am available to work anytime or as soon as possible. ? Assist disabled or bedridden and elderly patients at their homes in performing their daily activities ? Monitor vital signs, including but not limited to blood pressure, body temperature, pulse rate, heart rate, and respiratory rate ? Refer any deviation from normal or unusual results in vital signs to the attending physician ? Transfer patient from bed to wheelchair or stretcher, and vice versa ? Perform suction through oral, nasal, and tracheostomy ? Assemble ventilators for use ? Care for wounds including DM ulcers, PEG tube, and tracheal dressings ? Facilitate feeding through nasogastric tube and PEG tube ? Accompany and assist patient when admitted to the hospital
