Hi i am Glenn Gerard Espano I have 7 years of working experience in a tertiary hospital with 230 bed capacity. i am well rounded with the use of both simple and complex apparatus for patients need. a certified IV therapist and with good experience in handling different patients mostly bedridden that suffered from strokes with tube feedings and mechanical ventilator. i love to take care elderly people because i see my grandparents on them who i am close with. i love being a nurse and to take care of sick people making them comfortable as much as possible until they fully recovered. caring is my passion and money is just secondary. i honor relationship and comitment to work. i am a good companion, knows how to deal people , a good observer,critical thinker and can work with less supervision.
