Elder Care in Brampton, Ontario

Hello family, I have experienced and have a related education for personal health care position. I do have current CPR too. I am physically fit and very energetic. I have 2 years and 10 months working with patient and currently volunteering at St. Michael Hospital where in most of the patients are geriatric. The following are my work experienced : Offered around the clock service for 74 aged patient with dementia and a wheelchair defendant • Taking and recording vital signs of patient ( blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration and weight) • Assist patient with baths, dressing, undressing, oral hygiene and personal hygiene • Administer medication following doctor’s instruction • Change bed linens and do patient’s laundry as appropriate • Prepare a light meal and assist with feeding the patient if necessary • Meet safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly
